بروز آنفلوانزای مرغی در فرانسه تاييد شد

 

مقام های کمیسیون اروپا وجود نوع کشنده ویروس آنفلوانزای مرغی، موسوم به "اچ5 ان1" را در لاشه اردکی در شهر ان (Ain) در شرق فرانسه تایید کرده اند.

پیش از این نتیجه آزمایش بر روی قویی که لاشه آن در نزدیکی شهر لیون پیدا شده بود، منفی اعلام شده بود.

نوع کشنده ویروس آنفلوانزای مرغی در قوهای تلف شده در اتریش، آلمان، اسلوونی، بلغارستان، یونان و ایتالیا نیز دیده شده است.

اتحادیه اروپا نیز تدابیر ویژه ای را برای پیشگیری از انتشار این ویروس اتخاذ کرده است.

یکی از سخنگویان کمیسیون اروپا از طرح فرانسه و هلند برای واکسیناسیون طیور در برخی از مناطق کشورهای عضو خبر داد.

این طرح هفته آینده توسط اعضا بررسی می شود.

"مناطق حائل"

یکی از تدابیر اتخاذ شده توسط اتحادیه اروپا، تشکیل نواحی حفاظت شده در شعاع سه کیلومتری مناطق آلوده به آنفلوانزای مرغی است. همچنین قرار است شعاع ده کیلومتری این مناطق نیز تحت نظارت شدید باشد.

بر این اساس، در صورت انتقال آنفلوانزای مرغی از پرندگان وحشی به مرغداری ها، کل ناحیه به عنوان منطقه حائل معرفی خواهد شد و جابجا کردن طیور در آن ممنوع خواهد شد.

نوع "اچ5 ان1" ویروس آنفلوانزای مرغی از زمان شیوع در سال 2003 ، 90 نفر را در سراسر جهان کشته است. بیشتر تلفات انسانی در جنوب شرق آسیا رخ داده است.

این ویروس در صورت تماس نزدیک با پرندگان آلوده به انسان منتقل می شود ولی از امکان انتقال آن میان انسان ها مدرکی در دست نیست.

خبر خبر!!!!

يک زن فرانسوی که اولين پيوند صورت را در يک عمل جراحی تاريخی، دريافت کرده بود برای بار نخست پس از اين عمل در مقابل دوربين خبرنگاران حاضر شده است.

"ايزابل دينوار" که 38 سال دارد و دارای دو فرزند است، در 27 نوامبر سال گذشته ميلادی تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفت.

در ماه ژوئن سگی صورت خانم دينوار را گاز گرفته و بشدت زخمی کرده بود. بر اثر اين جراحات خانم دينوار بينی، لب و چانه خود را به طور کامل از دست داده بود.

خانم دينوار در يک نشست خبری به خبرنگاران گفت که اين عمل باعث شده است تا وی بتواند يک زندگی عادی و معمولی را از سر گيرد.

او گفت با اين عمل اکنون می تواند از خانه خارج شود و به کارهای روزمره بپردازد.

در اين نشست خبری خانم دينوار با سختی سخن می گفت و خطوط محل جراحی هنوز بر روی صورت او نمايان بود.

او تاکيد کرد که اکنون می تواند دهان خود را باز کند وغذا بخورد. وی گفت البته درمان پزشکی و تمرينهای لازم را برای بهبودی کامل ادامه می دهد.

دکتر "برنارد دووشل"، جراح خانم دينوار، پيشتر به يک روزنامه فرانسوی گفته بود که در نظر است در آينده پنج جراحی مشابه انجام شود.
